This is BS! My "awesome" job is quickly becoming the worst job I've ever had!

FIRST my hours get cut with no mention of why to me. I'm suddenly going from 35-40 hours (FULL TIME like I was hired for) to LESS THAN 20!

When I finally ask my store manager about it he tells me I'm not doing my job up to his standards! THANKS FOR LETTING ME KNOW BEFORE CUTTING HOURS SO I CAN IMPROVE JACKASS!

After this he starts PULLING HOURS OUT FROM UNDER ME! Calling me to not go in or sending me home early because it's a slow day, or they don't need anymore employees working that day.

NOW the store's giving me a WEEK off because apparently they have too many people hired and can't fit some people in the schedule!

I'M A FULL TIME FUCKING EMPLOYEE! I should be getting 35-40 hours NO MATTER HOW MANY PEOPLE YOU'VE HIRED! And if there's too many people to schedule then STOP HIRING PEOPLE!

And I've talked to other people! They say I'm a hard worker! I do my job well! SO WHERE IS THIS COMING FROM?!

My store manager is setting me up to fail! He KNOWS that I need these hours to pay for rent and he's STILL pulling this on me! It's like he wants me to get pissed off and quit. And believe me! It's crossed my mind a LOT lately!

Guys...I can't afford to live anymore...I can't afford the rent every month at this rate. I'm scared, pissed, stressed, and a lot of other emotions I can't stand.

I'd start asking for commission, but that never works. I'm fucked.

Job hunting and law researching is NOT what I thought I'd be doing when I got this job.
